libbssolv-perl software package provides module to compute package dependencies (for Open Build Service backend), you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libbssolv-perl
libbssolv-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libbssolv-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libbssolv-perl *
You will get with libbssolv-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
